Our downloadable test kit will provide you with the directions to collect feather samples from your bird(s), how to package and ship them, and next steps once we recieve your samples.

Included in the DIY kit price:
-Printable directions for proper sample collection and packaging/labeling
-Printable sample sheets
-Submission sheet
-Package price includes the cost for testing the samples you supply. 
-Notifications: when your kit is received by our lab, and emailed results of the test(s)

Please note- you will need to package and ship your samples to us on your own. You will not recieve anything in the mail from us when you choose this option.

Please note- alternatively, you do not need to order and pay for testing online. If you download the sample collection instructions and sample submission sheets, you can mail  them to us with payment and samples included or email us at info@affordableavian.com to request an invoice be emailed to you, you may then mail your samples in on your own.

NO TESTING WILL BE COMPLETED before payment is received in full.

The testing kit cost covers testing for the number of tests subscribed to. The kits may contain extra testing materials in case you need them. If more than the subscribed number of animals' samples are submitted, you will be contacted for payment arrangements.
