Certificate Validation Request

If you have been provided a certificate by a tester and would like to validate the authenticity, please check the number provided against the list HERE first.
When you have located the number on the page, please fill out the request form below, and a member of our team will provide the following information:
-Client business name or LAST Name of individual who ordered the testing
-Testing date
-Result

Please note: Only certified results are recorded and accessible.  This system is put in place to help mitigate fraudulent representation that testing has been completed.
A lack of a certification does NOT mean testing was not done by Affordable Avian, however, this certificate is an extra layer to help testers validate the result they represent to customers.  Certification is the ONLY way we will record publicly and authenticate a result for a third party.
